Editing an existing and working Django based Learning repository

As discussed, please find my proposal for the project as follows: 1) Move the existing data from a flat file to a MySQL database (if the recommender system does not require differnt database systems) 2) Change the name of the to Dihya 3) Integrate a recommender system to replace the existing raodmap system with pathways based on SPADE for python. 4) Add Learning objects which allow uploading of files. The rights management system should reuse the existingly defined django rights. The metadata following the LOM system will be provided. Layout changes are desired, but may or may not be part of this job. I Setup 2 Milestones to reflect the discussed 2 step approach with the data clollection for the recomondations and the rest.

I am proficient in Python and Django. I have worked with Django earlier. An engineer by profession, I am confident that I can do this.
