Need some C++ code written for a ubuntu linux system

This should be a simple project with some C++ code for a scheduler. So the code should be like this. Get command on the type of scheduler needed type 1 or type 2 Create the scheduler type 1 and type 2. Send out a command using the new scheduling code.
