We are looking to either find a Property mangement software which already exist or make our own- It needs to be online - CONCEPT: EASY TO USE SOFTWARE FOR MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS FOR MULTIPLE USERS Casamona International was founded in 2004 and is now a leading Real Estate company located in the heart of Barcelona, offering unique and different services. We have around 20 apartments we manage - we need a software where we can have an overview and manage all the tasks, being able to scale up to 1000. What do our management contracts look like at Casamona? [login to view URL] We would need a software to manage and access all the information of our Management Contracts (MC) and be able to: Have our list of clients assigned to specific contract (gold, premium or standard): profile with picture, nationality, tenants in the apartment etc. Schedule invoices Access our different service contacts: handyman, builder, clearing services, electricity/gas/water, bank, insurance etc. Chat to stay in touch with each client Arrange viewings, appointments Keep track of all tasks/movements done for each MC through scheduling/alerts Receive alerts before expiry or any change in contract / payment plan The idea would be to have everything in one place organized, scheduled tasks for each MC client. What we do NOT need to know is the tenants paying directly to the owners.
