Hello, It sound that you want an application to be developed which shall check for a given domain names availability. Record their expiry dates and check for their availability for registration as they become available and register them as quickly as possible. I think a windows application is not suitable for this idea for following reason 1- It will work only when its running and will require that its always on 2- A dedicated always on internet connection will be required and it may miss a domain name when connection is interrupted. I suggest that its better to develop on web service either as core application or a web application. Later will allow addition advantage of UI available for admin and/or monitoring reporting purpose. Its needs to be discussed in details that if you want to work with single registrar for registring domains or multiple most of them do provide API to do so.
