Dispatch + Accouting Software for Trucking Business

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows. I need it for truck dispatching + accounting Dispatch: company, start time, where driver is picking up load, where driver is dumping load. I do this for 15 truck/trailer/drivers every day. I need the software to produce easy to understand schedule for various truck and trailer combinations daily, where they are going, which drivers are taking them. I want to input dispatch data in the fields for each (driver/truck/trailer) combination and then it gives me that info on a main page. I want to be able to copy this info and send to each driver as their dispatch. I also need it to track all revenue + sales. Also expenses: employee pay, subcontractor pay, repair bill, parts bills, other expenses. I want this dispatch info to be connected to sales. Whenever a truck is booked and goes to work, I want to close each day by inputting the key work details from that day which are number of hours and number of loads. I want this info to go directly into a sales invoice for that day. Need it to save everything on my computer, no cloud stuff. Let me know your ideas, contact me if you have any questions.
