Software creater needed - test and scoring system

Please read all of the below carefully before submitting a bid. What we do and what needs developing> We are an online training business based in the UK. What we need creating is a piece of software which will train users to pass their car driving test. This means that the software must be able to have mock theory tests with 50 random questions from a bank of 900 questions (provided) on a time limit of 57 minutes. The user must also be able to practice questions from different categories, with the option to display hints and tips. We need a software developer to create a piece of software that will score users based on how early they clicked when they see a hazard on the road in a video clip. The user will be watching a video (supplied to you) and they will see several hazards as the car drives along the road, they must click the mouse every time they see a hazard, one of these hazards will develop into a real hazard which causes the car driver to change director, speed etc. The user will be scored on this hazard which develops out of a possible 5. The earlier the user clicks to see they have seen the hazard the higher score they will get. The second part of this development is that the software must be for the multiple choice questions of the theory test. This is where the user can either take mock tests which gives the user 50 questions to answer within 57 minutes at random from a possible 900 questions, they will then either fail or pass - 54 is a pass. The software must record the score and provide feedback. As well as a mock test users must also be able to take practice sessions where they can work through questions from each area with onscreen hints and tips explaining everything. WHAT NEEDS TO BE MADE IN SUMMARY: * 10 hazard perception clips - user has to click when they see a hazard, multiple hazards are in each clip - one of them will be scored - the earlier they click to say theyve seen the hazard the more marks they are awarded - system must record their scores for each of the video clips. System must also play a review video if pressed whcih shows them where the hazard was (provided) * Mock tests - 50 random questions in 57 mins. With a feedback feature which allows the user to go back and review what they got right and wrong showing information for each question. * Practice questions per category - this allows the user to practice questions from each category, there are 900 questions in total, broken down into different categories, they must be able to practice and access hints and tips for each question. * ALL questions, text and videos are provided.
