This job is to tie in with another project I am running. Please read the attached document 'workshop' very carefully. This is about setting up software to schedule our jobs. We make doors, windows, stairs and other timber products. Each one is made to order. Every job can be broken down into a number of tasks. They are the same every time. All tasks fall within a few groups. These are skill based. Assume about 5 different types. The thing is like a planner for various 'resources' or people. Each have a working day of about 8 hours. Each will take a task (Part of a bigger job) and do it, then move onto the next one. Like a taxi rank. The next resource then gets items prepared and does their job, so the previous task is shown as done and now becomes ready to be a new task. If they have a 8 hour day and a task will take 2 hours, if he start at 8am we expect it to be finished by 10am. So, we can start to forecast when any given task could be done.

I recently built and managed a team of 23 developers, testers and designers for 3 years using a combination of agile and predictive frameworks. I definitely can do similar for you and your business. I consider myself to be open-minded and truthful, and I don't believe in deceiving others or trying to be unfair in anything I do. I am able to perform Microsoft Office such as word, excel, power point even pdf to word conversion and especially in photo editing applications. I'm sure there would be more variables to include further to get a clearer picture.
