Hello, I have a doctorate in Economics and more than 15 years’ research experience, including publishing in and refereeing for leading journals such as the RAND Journal of Economics and the Journal of Public Economics. Along with a background in teaching economics and statistics, I have also done quite a bit of research in health and medicine, including survival curve estimation and risk analyses of the type you are contemplating here. Clearly for your analysis you will want to use logistic regression, and Stata has a couple of different commands as well as some useful post-estimation tools for comparing groups.
