Can you clearly outline the structure? Or I have to elaborate just three sub topics ? Sorry but how much you will pay? -- Just elaborate on the above but with references. You can look for how the meta data is represented, there are two general format i.e. rdf and xml. You may show a figure or something. The second is about the meta-data extraction how if the meta-data is manually or automatically extracted from learning objects; sepcially video learning object but it could be general and lastly briefly discuss the standards. these are basically - LOM - SCORM - ADL and quite many others...you can compare them, advantages, disadvantages and what people have mostly used. I've asked one of my friend for ieee explore access. If you need the access, i can provide it to you. I do not need it too extensive but would prefer the scholarly references.
