Apart from holding a post graduate certificate in Technical Communication from Seneca College, Toronto, I've got over four years of professional experience as a Technical Communicator. Since I left my last Technical Writing job in December 2013, I've been looking out for freelance opportunities. I’m aware that I’m new to Freelancer and yet to prove my worth, but I can assure you that I have great writing skills, great work ethics, and I'm always up for a challenge. Take a look at my resume for more information on the projects I've worked on.
I am really interested in your project as it is exactly within my scope of expertise. I am well experienced in documenting Help files, user guides/manuals and release notes for software applications for different audiences. I am skilled with Microsoft Word, and hence will deliver the completed manual(s) in Microsoft Word. As I am not familiar with flash I will not deliver a screencast or flash instructions.
I assure you I will pay complete attention to this project and deliver a quality manual(s). Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any additional information. I look forward to a favorable response.
Steve
Note: Since I'm not quite sure how small/big the manuals will be - the 'delivery days' can be negotiated.
