Looking for the professional assistant for NZ e-Commerce shop with an excellent customer service phone / chat support and selling skills. Shop is new and has 3-5 daily chat requests (1-hour total) 3-5 calls daily (average call duration 4-5 minutes). 3-5 emails daily requiring support. (1 hour). 30 minutes for reporting. 3 hours total per day. Please quote the monthly rate. Working hours 9 AM 6PM NZ time Monday to Friday. Will be appreciated if you can take more time and also have some activity in the weekend. Will be considering bids from freelancers who handle other customer service jobs and can offer competitive rates for taking this project. Long term project.
