Looking for a Telemarketer to commence work starting 01/01/2014. Your working hours will be from Monday to Thursday 11am till 4pm. Your job is to set at least two appointments for sale leads a week regardless of how many calls you make. Contact List will be provided and a Microsoft Excel Template for you to log information. Your role will be to pro-actively seek out and develop commercial relationships that result in generation of new business revenues. You will primarily focus on Manpower services such as static guards, crowd control, specialized guarding and corporate security. You must be creative in your methods of building new sales channels and use innovative techniques in your sales approach. You must be well spoken and be adaptive in your communication abilities. Australian Accent is an advantage. You must have experience with writing proposals and client submissions. Background in tendering process will be highly regarded – you will be expected to independently research upcoming tenders and prepare to call the relevant persons. You will be required to send emails to people who require more information on our services. You must send a report on a daily basis of who you have called and their response. You must be the best within your field. Experiences with selling Manpower are regarded. Preference will be given to an experienced Sales Executive. You must have strong knowledge of security industry history, trends and current market situation or willing to research. The role would be suitable for a mother or anyone trying to pick up a few extra hours per week. Essential Skills: A professional phone manner Experience in sales and/or appointment setting High energy levels and self-motivated Basic computer skills This role consists of contacting potential customers and logging appointments for our Sales Team. A fun and lively attitude previous experience in a Lead Generation or an Appointment Setting related role (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to speak English.
