Hi, I am a 3d modeller and mechanical engineer, and have experience in this type of project. Several years ago i set up the modelling department for a well known boutique kitset model plane company. During my time there i modelled the planes, broke them up into pieces and generated files suitable for 3d printing. Once printed and tested they were then prepared for injection moulding. The cars that observe have a 30 to 40 pieces and a size : Large 20cm, wide 10cm, high 10cm, but be able modify to other sizes.
