Telegram Bot for TradingView Alerts

I shall use the TradingView API to fetch Stock updates. The bot will automatically send notifications via Telegram. You will customize what the bot should do for different markers/stocks/countries etc. My bot will be a robust one in python. I've worked on several such Python bots before.
