I am in need of a remote medical transcriptionist to handle my gastroenterological medical transcriptions. Approximately 5 letter per day. New patient visits (about 3 pages) and follow-up visit (1-2 pages) These transcriptions are crucial for the maintenance of patient records. Sent as audio files via email and request letters back in Word format. Work remote. Two-day turnaround okay Key Requirements: - The freelancer should have extensive experience in general medical transcription. This includes the ability to accurately and efficiently transcribe a variety of medical letters, notes.. - Understanding of Medical Terminology: Given the nature of the content, a solid understanding of medical terminology is essential. This will ensure the transcriptions are accurate and reflect the intended meaning. - Attention to Detail: Accuracy is paramount in this task. The freelancer must have a keen eye for detail - Confidentiality: The information being transcribed is sensitive and confidential. The freelancer should adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines. The transcriptions do not need to be compatible with any specific EHR systems. The primary focus is on creating accurate and reliable transcriptions for patient records. I am a fluent English speaker and English is my native language. Please quote rates and describe experience. CAN PAY PER AUDIO MINUTE OR PER LINE. Hourly rate does not apply. Pay is per work produced as is common in transcription. Prefer US based freelancer. Must agree to US HIPAA rules for privacy and security.
