Hi normally an hour of Mandarin audio would have over 20,000 Chinese characters, ie about 25,000 English words. The usual rate for CN-EN translation is £20-25 per 1000 Chinese characters, depending on the difficulty. So an hour would cost £400-500. It won't be cheap. I can charge at £200/one hour of audio (Freelancer will take a 10% commission though...). Since you need the job done on 3rd October, time is very limited, I can only finish one hour out of the five.
