Translation of thesis abstract

I just need to translate this: This thesis is presenting the historical development of education from its beginning until now in Russia and the Czech Republic. The goal is to give an idea of diversity of education systems and methods of significant Russian and Czech teachers as they are described in the scientific and art literature. Didactic materials for the "Raduga po-novomu" textbook are providing advises of how to deal with a different pedagogical situations in teaching Russian as a foreign language with regard to the great ideas of well-known teachers.
