Q1: Design a traffic light system where the north-south street has red, amber, green, and turn left green arrow lights and east-west street has only the red, amber and green lights. Amber, Green, and Green Left light should last 1, 3, and 2 time unit respectively. Left turning traffic will be allowed before the straight traffic.
In the implementation on FPGA board use LEDs at E13, C14, C4, and A4 to represent North-South lights of Red, Amber, Green and Green Left Turn lights.
Q2: Design a coin machine that would dispense when it receives 60 cents. The coin machine can receive nickels, dimes and quarters. The balance remain after the dispensing can be used for the next instruction.
In the implementation on FPGA board use LED A4 for dispensing without a balance, and C4 for dispensing with a balance. Push-Buttons P4, F6, and E4 to represent a nickel, a dime, and a quarter respectively.

I am Research Scientist in Space Technology Center. I had developed Data acquisition system X-Ray Detection at PRL.X-Rays generated from surface have wide range ranging from 0.12 to 120Kev. From these we have to design a payload which works in the range of 1-25Kev that is for Soft X-ray range using a single FPGA chip. Front End of this payload detects these X-Rays and converts them to the proper form to find the peak value of the energy generated for detected X-Rays on Pro ASIC/RTAX.
