I have a video of a woman giving an hour speech. I have all the exact words of the speech in a word document. I want to add the words (like large subtitles) to the video. I want the written words to appear at the same time the woman is saying them. I also need to sync the audio with the video. The video and audio are a few seconds off. I can send the video in AVI or MPEG or MOV.
