TV quality, short (10 seconds) scientific animation needed

We're looking for someone to create a video illustration of the way that a new skin serum works. It would involve taking an image of a cross section of epidermis (a stock image may be used, as long as it's approved). We would then need to illustrate a serum being applied to the top layer and absorbed into the skin. After that an illustration showing moisture coming up to the top of the skin from the deeper layers. Finally we would need something to represent moisture being pulled from the atmosphere into the skin. We would like the style to be clinical/scientific rather than a cartoon illustration. The final video should be very short - 15 seconds maximum. It is for use on TV so it must be broadcast quality. It needs to be SD Format: 480i = 720 x 480.
