Seeking engaging game development Community Manager, Game Producer, Social Media Manager

Our mission is to teach people through an adaptive learning environment where peers mentor each other through creating real-world projects that have a positive impact on the world. We have dead simple checklists to explain what to say, when, and how with these events, but at some point, you will be able to really understand things yourself and speak from your heart rather than from a checklist. Here is an example checklist: [login to view URL] Requirements: We're looking for somebody with good spoken English who's familiar with Discord as a platform and is able to use technology quickly and efficiently to get the project done. I'd like you to host for a total of 12 days. To be clear you are charging us for 15 days of work. We are very price conscious. These are the exact requirements: (A) Host the daily events connected with a game jam. This part will take at least 1 hour per day if not more at the start until it gets delegated. A1) Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for our students -- Get students excited about our values, our vision, and our initiatives. -- Instill in students a sense of mission and vision. -- Celebrate accomplishments. A2) Enforce discipline -- Make sure that everyone knows and follows our high professional conduct standards. -- Ensure all conversations are kept in the Discord by all participants where they can be moderated. A3) Encourage volunteer participation -- Develop a framework by which people within the community can participate in the duties listed as (a) (b) (c). (B) Drive results This is really easy and will take little time. B1) For us: -- Post on social media about the event, progress and winners. B2) For sponsors: -- Instill in people a deep understanding of the incredible value we're giving them for free and have them celebrate our sponsors and engage with those sponsors. B3) Job post: -- You will use your LinkedIn profile to get the job post up every 4 days and get people responded to period we will provide the text place and a very clear tutorial on how to place it and a very easy message to send people that apply. This takes 2 hours per month when you become good at it. This part is the only part that cannot be delegated. (C) Onboard new members This part will take at least 1 hour per day if not more at the start until it gets delegated. C1) Assign team members -- As people come in interested to join us for the events, a critical part of your job is to make sure that these people get integrated in a way that aligns with their goals.
