Virtual Assistant - Need 2 Highly Organized, Phone Enabled, Highly Efficient, Masters of CRM and Email Marketing

If you’re not super organized and super motivated, this project IS NOT for you. Our team needs two FACILITATORS/COORDINATORS to work with our PROJECT COORDINATOR to help assist in production of websites, management of agencies and agreements, and to keep the work flowing. We are looking for two time slots to be filled: 3 PM - 11 PM EST (US; New York) and from 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM EST (US; New York). Your task will include facilitating project completion and working with vendors and contractors to ensure website repairs, website builds/development, and marketing functions are completed. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and sending and responding to emails. Accordingly, your skills in English (US) both written and oral must be impeccable and flawless. You must also be able to do daily reporting task and carefully access where each vendor is on each project. You must also be able to effectively communicate with all the parties on SLACK. In addition, you will be responsible for communicating directly with clients and prospective clients via chat on our websites (and social media) - and, following up with emails and calls if necessary. In way of communication, it is necessary that you have a means of communication that our number can be relayed to in order that you can answer incoming calls for clients/prospect needs. Finally, you must be able input and coordinate all this through a CRM - any particular knowledge of Hubspot would be useful.
