Business environment study in Indonesia

Hi, I’m Nailil Muna, live in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. I have business background in manufacture and content industry. My last position before quit is local manager of export furniture. It was a not-registered foreign investment company. I’ve proposed all routemap to make the company legal, but the owner refuse to make his business legal. That’s why I resigned when my contract ended. Then I register my own business as sole proprietorship, exporter license. This way, I get best tax deal 1-0.5 % per year x gross income. Back in 2006 I facilitate a farmer association of Mt. Merbabu to set up a cooperative, and professional business. My husband also an entrepreneur, committee member of his field industry national association. Always, we have discussion of setting up new business for his business partner and so on.
