Hello. I have a very good internet connection and last time I checked I don't have any limits on download or upload, I do however need to know how large are the files. As for the price, 12500 inr i guess is fine, or 184 usd. If you had something much lower in mind, I would gladly take on a private project from you if you lower the project budget so I won't pay an insane amount as a fee.
