I am in need of an experienced, fast, accurate, and kind virtual assistant who can commit to less than 10 hours per week assisting with various real estate focused tasks. These tasks will include, but are not limited to: - Conducting property research - Managing my real estate listings and inquiries - Coordinating property viewing appointments and showings - Posting new property listings - Sending invoices - Helping edit contracts --Back-Office Filing and Organization Ideal candidates should possess previous experience and must have strong communication skills so as to effectively interact with potential clients and handle their enquiries. Knowledge of real estate databases would be an added advantage in order to smoothly navigate through the tasks. If you feel you can fulfill these requirements and bring value to this role, please submit your bid. We are very easygoing and flexible but need to stay professional. Must have fluent English. Looking for someone who can get work done independently, who can follow directions well, and is proactive in getting work done. Looking for someone trustworthy, who can complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Hours are flexible, but we work in Eastern Standard Time. You can pick up shifts and work as little or as often as is currently available. Payment is twice a month. Looking for people who would like to stay long term and grow into a full time position. 8-20 years down the line we'd like to keep you.
