An International Realestate Co. is looking for a FEMALE FILIPINO Executive Assistant. A candidate must be highly adaptable in a fast-moving environment, loves to work independently and proactively. Qualifications: -Excellent English communication skills -At least 2 years experience as an EA (Has proven experience providing assistant support at the executive level) -Strong background in admin support such as schedule management, travel arrangements, organizing events and other admin tasks -Able to Travel to Dubai,Germany or Netherlands on Business Trips. -knowledgeable with Google Calendar, Google Drive, Gmail, and other software packages -Open to working on weekends occasionally for urgent tasks
