billing app for clinic management

I need a simple billing application for clinic management to be written using VB and MSDE MS SQL Server. The features required are - Patient Registration - List of Items, rates, codes for master - Payment option for every visit -- Select Code, qty, price (override) -- discount by percentage or amount -- Tax % on overall gross amount after discount -- Billing (Self / company) -- Payment (partial / full) -- Mode of payment - Generate Invoice / Print / Save / Void Invoice - Receive Payment / Print / void receipt - Report on Daily / Monthly / Yearly / Period based earnings -- statement of account for outstanding / print reminder -- Report by period for Number of patients, billing by various criteria -- Report to Referred doctors -- reports to be password protected Only bid if you can do this quickly, and can suggest options for improvement.
