Es soll ein Makro mit den Fuktionen "Glätten" und "Word-Export" erstellt werden. Beide Funktionen sollen unabhängig voneinander ausgeführt werden können. Hierzu habe ich die Excel-Ausgangsdatei sowie die Zieldatei für die Funktion Word-Export angehängt. Glätten: -Es soll ein gesamtes Excel-Sheet durchgeglättet werden, statt mit der Formel "Glätten" Zelle für Zelle manuell glätten zu müssen. -Durch das Glätten werden die Inhalte prinzipiell nicht geändert, Ziel ist lediglich, dass überflüssige Leerzeichen am Ende eines Satzes (z.B. "Das ist ein Beispielsatz." ) verschwinden. Nach dem Punkt bis zur Klammer sind 2 Leerzeichen drin, die nach Glättung weg sind. -Das Makro soll beliebige Tabellen unterschiedlicher Größe (Zeilen, Spalten) verarbeiten können, muss also alle Inhalte/Zellen innerhalb einer Tabelle dynamisch erkennen. Word-Export -Das Makro soll die Inhalte der Excel-Tabelle Spalte für Spalte in ein neues Tabellenblatt untereinander einfügen. Bis Spalte F habe ich das als Beispiel im Reiter "Makro Word Export Schritt 1" manuell zur Visualisierung durchgeführt. -Die Excel-Datei Reiter "Master" hat nur 3 Zeilen, tatsächlich können es beliebig viele sein, d.h. auch hier muss das Makro dynamisch alle Inhalte erkennen. -Es muss auch nicht zwingend so sein, dass jede Spalte gleich viele Zeilen hat. Zudem kann es innerhalb einer Spalte leere Zellen geben. Das darf nicht dazu führen, dass das Makro annimmt, bei der letzten Zelle angekommen zu sein. Um auf der sicheren Seite zu sein, muss das Makro nach einer leeren Zelle mindestens weitere 100 Zellen nach unten hin prüfen, ob noch weitere Inhalte kommen. -Ebenfalls muss das Makro erkennen, wie viele Spalten gefragt sind. Die letzte Spalte "FR" muss nicht dem Beispiel entsprechen. -Nach dem Übertrag aller Spalten in eine Spalte sollen Duplikate in der Zielspalte gelöscht, eine eventuell verbleibende Leerzeile gelöscht, die Liste alphabetisch aufsteigend sortiert, die Spaltenbreite auf 250 gesetzt und die Inhalte auf Arial 11, Schriftstärke normal gesetzt werden (siehe Makro Word Export Schritt 2). -Danach sollen die Inhalte der Spalte in eine Word-Datei als Text eingefügt und die Datei gespeichert werden, siehe Datei "Word Export". Normalerweise hat jede Excel-Ausgangsdatei immer 1 Tabellenblatt. Die weiteren Blätter dienen nur zur Verdeutlichung des Arbeitsprozesses.
