This is a relatively simple task but it depends on how you want it done - in .NET there is a compatibility library when migrating which exposes a lot of VB6 syntax, using this method my time would mostly be spent fixing small errors and migrating the UI. If you want a 100% native .NET translation this would be cleaner but take longer.

Hola, trabajé en Visual Basic 6 hasta que salió .NET, y desde entonces programo en VB .NET, por lo que con el tiempo ha tenido que pasar un montón de apliaciones antiguas de mi empresa de VB6 a .NET. Dear Buyer, I am a programmer since 1984. With Windows applications and VB I work since 1999. I have done similar works of migration and I would like to know more details about your project, such as scope of project, number of forms, reports, modules, database used etc. There are two processes for such migration : either re-writing from scratch, or using VS2005 to "convert" the source code to .Net and work on the discrepancies found (which usually are enough, depending on code, controls used etc.).
