For Weekly Weather Forecast, we can use weather API (Application Programming Interface) such as Meteomatics Weather API For Twilight Time, we can use [login to view URL] We can offer tips on how to shoot in various weather conditions, integrating real-world photography advice into the weather forecast. And then we can use Firebase for the push notification but in this case Firebase do not support Safari so we need some setting on iphone or use another sevice platform like Pubnub.
