Web Promotion - Hosting Clients

Please be sure to read ALL of the following as this is most likely an unusual project and proposal. I have around 15,000 web hosting accounts split up into 6 different hosting plans to get rid of. I have started my own ligitimate business in Australia with every intention of becoming a solid provider. Now as I don't have a great deal of cash to throw at this project of mine and have been pondering how to get the ball rolling it occured to me that maybe some of you here could help me out. Basically I am prepared to give anyone a free hosting account for as long as they want to use it, no jokes totally free for as long as you want it. It would be a shell of 150Mb with unlimited data transfer and the cpanel user interface. these accounts are also held on a high speed, very reliable server in New York. These packages i am reffering to giving away go for $6/month or $60/year, by my calculations if you use it for 10 years theres at least $600 you have saved yourself. I have set aside 1000 of these accounts to give away though that number has the potential to drop if better than expected results are acheived as i only have so many accounts. Ok now the important part, what do I want from you? Simple, send 14 genuine clients my way and the account is yours. As a note only one account will be given to any one person.
