Need Website Design and Coded

I need a website designed and coded Here are 2 website of my competitors. (please change the , to a . ) sterlingunited,com I like the blue color and overall layout of the website and would like the website to be like that. caine-weiner,com I like the simplicity and also the professional image it portrays. On the right side there are testimonials that keep changing...I want something exactly like that and preferably coded in a way that I can easily change the text there and add more testimonials. I do have some web design/coding knowledge but very basic. What it comes down is that these are 2 of my competitors and I want a website that is better than theirs. At this point I will want either 3 or 4 pages. As for right now go ahead with 4: Home, About Us, Our Approach, Contact Us. Our company has a logo and will be happy to continue to use it. Unfortunately I do not have a .psd file of it and it is not of very good quality. Please do revamp it with your own taste to fit the site. I am leaving this fairly open to your own decision and experience. Please do constantly send me updated images of the site so we can have things changed as you go. I do want to let you know I do have a partner and him and I will both be looking at it and will quite possibly need some things changed as you continue making it. Lastly, I need the site coded optimized for SEO *Know that you first submission to me will most likely need some changes. If you bid on this project, I need you to have the patience to constantly change things on this site as many times needed until I am satisfied. Thank you
