174790 Template for shareware webiste

I need a template for a shareware distribution webiste. General requirements: 1. Light-weighted, fast-loading. 2. Search-engine-friendly (i.e. text is prefered where possible). 3. Scalable design prefered over fixed-width design. 4. Professional and unique look. 5. Not distractive (should not have too many unnecassary elements that will distract user). Each page will have the following elements: 1. Top banner (you can use any themes related to programming, programming langauges, databases, computers, and anything related to the theme of the site). 2. Main menu, 5-7 elements, present on all pages. 3. Second level menu, about 5-10 elements (a tree-like menu, where main menu is combined together with the second-level menu can also be considered). 4. Search form 5. Login form 5. Partner links and banners (120px wide) section 6. Recommended sites and/or Google ads section 7. At the bottom: copyright and basic links (contact us, etc). 8. User path: the path from the root page to the current one. 9. The main area, which will contain the information specific for each page. As a result of your work I will need 3 template (identical with the exception of the main area that is unique for each page) Template 1 (program listing) will contain: 1. The title of the group of programs (For example, PHP scripts). 2. Some general description of this group (For example, "Here you will find best on the web that and this, etc. etc."). 3. The listing of programs – each should have title, small screenshot and description (screenshot might have different size or be absent, so you should forsee any situation). P.S.: note that you don't need to write text. Just select fonts, positions, colors, hover effects and place any text, so that I can see how it looks. Template 2 (the description of the program) will contain: 1. The title 2. Screenshots 3. Descriptions 4. Demo downloads 5. "Buy it" link Template 3 (some form – be contact me form, or signup form, or forgot password form – what exactly does not matter) will contain: 1. The titile 2. Some text for explanation 3. Several form fields 4. Submit button Other requirements: 1. All images should be provided in such a form that I can resize them or change the text without distorting the background. It would be ideal if you send me png images editable in macromedia dreamweaver. If you provide a format that I can't easily edit (like jpg or bmp) your work will not be considered done. 3. The design also contains selection of fonts, sizes, distances, hover effects etc. Obviously, I should be able to extract this information easily from what you provide. What I mean is that if you provide me with an html code that looks good in a browser, but it is mess unreadable by a human, I will not consider the work done, because I need something to work with, not only to look at. 4. If you are going to use an existing template as a basis, it is ok. However, you should have the right to modify and resell this template, and you should make significant changes, so that the resulting work looks like something new and unique. When placing a bid, please, provide the following information: 1. References to your previous designs (preferable, websites) 2. References to several websites on the web that you think have a good design 3. Describe in a few words your concept of the template. 4. You should also clearly state that you will not use or sell the created design to anybody else. Payment: 1. 20% escrow, after you present a rough concept (i.e. what will be and where, and some sketches; you don't need to create neat images at this stage but some sketches or refrences to similar elements of other site would be good, so that I understand your concept). 2. 20% payment + full escrow payment after you present the screenshots of your templates with different resolutions (as a protection, you can watermark these images). 3. 100% payment after (1) you send me the whole work (templates; all images in easily editable format; html code from which I can easily extract the necessary information), (2) I fill it with the real content and (3) I like it.
