I have a Real Estate company and have a template designed from our local board of realtors. I have a new logo design in place and tag line. I have to stay within the confines of a template that I have picked but need someone to make it all come together will inserting social media and redirecting to another page. I have read your description. If you have the template and you want to modify it than please reply back to me to discuss details if you decide to work with me. And also please clearify which kind of template (flash, wordpress etc..) you have. Or if you want me to design the website for you (and you don't have a template) than please contact me. Thanks.
