SEO friendly Website Wanted (F)

Hello, I am needing a web 2.0 SEO friendly website built! You must be an SEO expert familiar with keyword placement, favicon's, code to text ratio, xml sitemaps, robot text file, meta keyword tags, proper heading tag structure, etc. This website will need to have a RSS blog incorporated into the site with each post having it's own URL. Also, I will want an RSS feed pulling in my twitter posts onto the homepage. This site will incorporate around 8 pages. I have written the Squeeze pages and designed their layouts in MS word and will the winner of this project the file. You will need to copy my formating, colors, layout, text, etc onto each page. For the design of the website I would like to use a Word Press Direct Blog banner and blog layout. I will send the winner of this project the code. Lastly the winner will need to be able to easily incorporate my email auto responder code...such as drop down boxes, gathering customer emails, etc. The primary concern for this website is SEO Optimization.
