Web Designer/Developer for Re-design Job

I am looking for an experienced web designer/developer to improve my current website with the following: • A clean, simple, functional design • Well-organized, focused pages that draw visitors toward important elements • Logical, user-friendly navigation • A solid internal linking structure • A simple page/folder naming structure incorporating important keywords • Proper Landing Pages • New content-based pages that increase SEO visibility • Reasonably fast site speed/page load times • Multi-device (mobile) friendly pages • SEO friendly elements • Advanced analytics/adwords tracking You need to have the following characteristics/skills/competencies: • A clean, simple, functional design sense • Ecommerce experience with expertise in creating and customizing Magento sites • The ability to customize Magento code to allow for upgraded analytics tracking (using Google Tag Manager) • Be well-versed in Information Architecture and User Experience best practices • Be knowledgeable when it comes to on-page SEO factors • Must work within mutually agreed upon deadline • Be US based and English speaking Please provide a list of ecommerce websites that you have done the design/development for and also provide 3 references for projects you have recently completed.
