Build a website and manage social media & SEO

I'd like to hire a freelancer who is willing to work with me on either a hourly or fixed time basis on s long term basis. This is not about completing a single project but effectively managing a wide variety of different projects across different customers on behalf of me. This would be considered a employer & employees relationship. My plan is to open a sales channel where the customer can submit their queries about building websites from scratch or upgrade their existing ones. Primarily the main business revolves around building, maintaining and promoting websites and able to use different technologies associated to website building and maintaining websites at all different levels, i.e front end and back end, marketing, etc. A person best fit to this role should possess the right set of skills to demonstrate he/ she is willing and able to understand the customer needs and produce work in line to what the customer wishes in a time manner and within budget, whilst maintaining a professional and independent approach to the job. As a fyi, my client basis will mainly consist of UK customers so if there is any solutions or technology that is where particular to this country and you happen to posses this skill then it would be bonus for yourself which will also make your application stand out amongst other.
