Design a modern, clean and conversion-focused website for an HVAC business

THIS IS A VERY CLOSE EXAMPLE OF WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR [login to view URL] -- What we want: 1) Conversion focused & white-hat SEO optimized (we have in-house SEO expert who will guide you during the process) and optimized for content delivery 2) Fast (high pagerank speed rating) 3) Cannot be some template you got from Themeforest/WPLocker and edited 4) CMS can be anything, current one is wordpress but we're open. Even HTML is OK. 5) Will be hosted and managed by us on our private server -- Requirements for you: 1) Experience in HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical/Service business website design (send samples) We will not consider those who do not have experience in such industries. 2) We don't need you to be a company with 30 people, but we want actual expertise in site design and conversion focused design. This is an absolute must. No amateurs. Timeline: Flexible, but looking to get it done under two months. Pricing: Flexible, can and will pay more for experts who have ACTUAL experience in our industry.
