drop down navbar & CSS for website

Greetings, I'm a painting contractor in Tucson and am updating my website. I've done the site in dreamweaver CS4 but I'm not efficient at coding it and laying it out. The spry toolbar is giving me problems and also a CSS style sheet needs to be set up. The idea is to make a template for the other 50 pages I will add. 1) Needed someone to make to drop down nav bar for me. This includes doing some sort of graphic OR coloring to match the web site theme. 2) Set up the CSS 3) Provide suggestions on cleaning up and streamlining the site. 4) Once the template is made I'll do the rest of the site. the very incomplete version can be seen at aabrite Thanks.
