TO BUILD AN E-COMMERCE WEBSITE/STORE THAT SELLS PRINTING PRODUCTS USE OF MAINSTREAM CMS THAT IS EASY TO MAINTAIN Such as OpenCart, WordPress, etc. FRONT END - layout identical to [login to view URL], but not as many categories, but with the options to add ourselves if needed. Payment methods:- - Payment Gateway (PayPal/Bank Transfer) - Pre-paid Accounts (For eg, Customer transfer $1000 into our account, and we give them a $100 credit, which they can use to purchase our products) - Options to set, if paid using Pre-paid Accounts, we could give them a certain percentage discount off total price CATEGORIES:- - Business / Name Cards - Leaflets / Flyers - Long Brochures - NCR Receipts / Bills - Posters - Booklets - Envelopes - Another Category where Customers could ask us for Quotations on Items Not Listed (GET A CUSTOM QUOTE) UNDER EACH CATEGORIES:- - Multiple products with different pricings - Customers can choose product and add to cart PAYMENT:- - Since it is a printing website, each job should have its own artwork - Upon check-out, customers are required to upload artwork for every single job - Artwork will be uploaded onto our FTP server - For every job, there will be an individual "Job Number", and for every uploaded artwork, a new folder with the "Job Number" as the folder name will be created, and the file uploaded into that folder - An invoice can have multiple jobs, therefore, multiple "Job Number" - A 6% GST (Goods and Services Tax) implemented on the total bill charged, and accounts must be able to summarize Daily/Monthly/Yearly how much tax collected, for tax returns/filings/claims purposes BACK END:- - Once payment is made, an invoice (with Invoice Number) is created, with all the Job Numbers for each individual jobs. If possible, make our local printer print each and every JOB SHEET with JOB NUMBERS with all the details onto a sheet of paper. The purpose is to make sure each order will be taken care of by an individual. All orders should have a STATUS - All orders paid will have an initial status of "PENDING" till one of our staff check the artwork - If there is nothing wrong with artwork, status will be changed to "PRINTING" by our staff - Once product is ready for collection, we could change the status to "READY" or "SHIPPED / Tracking Number" or "COLLECTED" with all details CUSTOMERS LOG IN:- Check the following: - My Orders (Status of all Orders) - Statement of Account (record all past transactions) - View / Modify User Profiles (Update details / passwords / etc.) CUSTOMERS CREATING NEW ACCOUNTS:- To prevent spam, use CAPTCHA, also for LOG IN too. Once account has been created, needs approval from accounts. Account should be tied to telephone number if possible, once registered, an verification code will be sent via SMS to customer's account, once entered, account will be active.
