We need a website, accessible from any browser and visible in mobile (iOS, Android) and pc platform (chrome, safari, opera, IE) This website will show: language bar (in top or bottom of the page, for choosing language) List of 3-10 items (you can click on one of them, or in the first "ALL" clicking on one item will show a page with a text. immediately (or clicking a "play" button) it starts the voice and every word spoken will be highlighted (see [login to view URL] ) We need also a small standalone (web or winforms) app that lets us to create the xml (jason) file that contains sync data

I can create an app with will let you define a list of word-timing pairs via a simple GUI. This list (saved in an XML or JSON or any other format if you have preferences) will be loaded into the page and parsed by the javascript which will start its counting with audio start (and will stop if reprodution is paused).
