WP project with Ecommerce

I need a website in wordpress by using Woocommerce and member plugin and any plugin which can useful to achieve the objective. We need user can register/login/make his profile. On dashboard user can manage his products and can add new one by select category and upload files and can select free or give price. User can mention terms also for simple users relevent to files. User can select category or can create catgeory if he does not fine relevant category already there. Simple admin will see all users and can edit them for active/deactive Simple admin can see files and their relevancy simple admin can add category also and pages contents Payment gateway for website will be PAYPAL For any files which user buy //he will make payment and payment will be splitted for 80% and 20% ration for user who uploaded file and admin We want this system asap and design also will be done by same freelancer..design we will keep simple Thanks SUNIL
