third wave holistic microrosterie

Hi! I am Juan from Gdl. Mexico, I currently have some experience in the culinary arts and also in the coffee industry. When I was around 24 y.o I launched my first coffee bar, unfortunately it didn't last more than six years, mainly due to lack of business experience (there were no free mentors back then...joke!) and working capital. Now! A couple of decades after, I am back in the industry, but! this time stronger than ever (Hopefully! just like F. Nietzsche once said "What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger") . So! The general idea is to be a healthy coffeebar micro roasterie, that offers great organic healthy food, coffee drinks, and coffee (roasted) beans to the general public. The hot kitchen will gravitate towards breakfast and the food for the rest of the day will be cold snacks (sweet and salty, haven't define this menu yet); an awesome coffee drinks menu, alongside a menu of freshly roasted mexican origin coffees beans. I am looking to roast my own coffee beans on the best coffee machine on the planet (most likely a Solar "Coffee Tech" machine, but! haven't decided yet!) this will hopefully give my future company an edge, from the competition here in the local market... Also I will choose the best and healthiest mexican green beans (s.h.g. and biodynamic or least organic) So! as you can see the general concept gravitates around "Health". I am looking for a great graphic designer to collaborate with me on designing the company branding/logo for the coffee bar/micro roasterie, a website and also a logo for the retail coffee beans bag. So! I am open to a combo offering of these services, and perhaps more...
