Website clone

I am looking to clone the [login to view URL] site. Need to add the ability to pay for orders through paypal. Please take time to thouroughly look at the site before bidding. I would like to loosely use the design of postcardmania with different content which I will provide (text & graphics.) This project is time sensitive but I require a "real" estimated delivery time. I also ask that you host the site on your server to monitor the progress. I want a top quality job- NO TEMPLATES. Uploading files is a requirement. The site is for a client that does EXACTLY the same work that postcardmania does at much better prices. Please provide a portfolio of your custom work. I am looking for a designer experienced at building CUSTOM sites. I have the color scheme, all of the graphics and all of the text ready.
