We are looking to create a website for a client in the building/ housing industry…the design is complete and approved, but we need someone with good technical skills and a creative flair to help us assemble the site. We are looking for table-less CSS markup that is cross-browser compatible with IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari with W3C Valid Shorthand and Optimized CSS. We anticipate 10-12 pages for phase one. A little flash might be incorporated. You will receive PSDs of landing and secondary pages, copy and a general site map as well as photography. We want to get a first effort up in the next week to ten days. We will offer prompt communication and direction. This is the first step of a two-phase website development. Relatively straight forward, but will expect excellent technical and design performance.
