Website Developer Wanted

We are a publishing company, looking to redesign our current website. We are looking for a lead homepage, that then links to sub-domains for the magazine titles that we produce. Ideally, we would like an HTML5 website, with a CMS, that contains a template option, to create further sub-domains with the same template format. We have a website brief that is available upon request. However we would like to receive all proposals by Thursday 2nd August 2012. - Package website build - No hosting (we wish to control the website) - No fixed monthly fees, however we would like a retainer fee if work is required later down the line - Looking for a very digital website, as a number of our publications are online and not in print format. - RSS feeds and Social media built into site as well - Budget is between £2k - £5k - Looking for a six to eight week complete website build - All property and website build must belong to us, once completed - We are interested in the use of Wordpress Please contact us through Freelancer, if you feel you can meet the criteria and request the full brief.
