Script: Text Replacement

Hi, I am looking for someone who could program a very simple script for me. I use the software Skim to highlight PDFs. Skim then allows me to export my highlights as text and formats them in a simple way. I however need to edit them by hand to change the highlight information with bibliographic software information, so I can have them in a format which I can use easily later. I would like to have this process automated. In short, I need to change text from this : * Highlight, page 2 However, other factors such as national security concerns as well as the desire to decrease the involvement of foreign governments in what are now seen as constituting internal affairs have also been important motivating factors. * Highlight, page 3 Though the CFCM and the German Islamkonferenz may both be attempts to domesticate Islam, they have not replaced the long- running cooperation with sending states concerning Islamic religious affairs; in some instances, they have even encouraged it. to this : However, other factors such as national security concerns as well as the desire to decrease the involvement of foreign governments in what are now seen as constituting internal affairs have also been important motivating factors. {Bruce:2010ws p.34} Though the CFCM and the German Islamkonferenz may both be attempts to domesticate Islam, they have not replaced the long- running cooperation with sending states concerning Islamic religious affairs; in some instances, they have even encouraged it. {Bruce:2010ws p.35} The script should therefore do the following: - Prompt the user for the bibliographic software reference - Prompt the user for the printed page number of the first PDF page - Replace the \"Highlight p\" text with a new reference given by the user through the prompt (in this case a bibliographic software code : Bruce:2010ws - Replace the PDF page number with the printed page number, calculating the difference for each occurence - Add \"{\" and \"}\" at the end of each reference - Move the reference from before the text to after the text.
