I've already had one speed guy have a look at the site. [login to view URL] We're doing OK on desktop, but really lousy on mobile, and we need this fixed. No idea why this is so slow - this is a standard wordPress theme from Envato Market. The server is on NGINX with Digital Ocean. NGINX know-how is a MUST for this job, and preference will be given to those with experience on Digital Ocean. Using a number of caching and speed plugins - w3 total cache, autoptimize, nginx helper, A3 lazy load, Webcraftic Clearfy. This is the setup that was recommended from another expert. The one thing I don't want to see is our site speed drop while the Freelancer just experiments with different plugin setups. I'm looking for someone who is going to come in with a clear professional idea of what needs to be done. I am looking for HOURLY bids, and estimate of how many hours work you think this would be. Again, I have paid once already for a speed optimisation job,so the scope of this job is more auditing the existing setup and doing what we have to do to get mobile times down urgently. We're NOT at this stage using .webp images, nor have we looked into AMP, but that's a big job, and I'dlike to explore allother options first. I'm working with the designer to remove some of the larger images from the mobile site. So if you want to know how to get this contract - tell me all about your specific experiences with the platforms and plugins above. Tell me all about your experience specifically with speeding up MOBILE websites, and please DON'T copy/paste your standard "I have read through all your requirements and am ready to start work ...", asit'syour own time that you will be wasting. If you're REALLY keen, you might even give me a rough outline of how you think a plan for this site might look.

Hi, I checked your website speed on google speed and found your website have 23 score on mobile and 60 score on desktop. And also noticed we can improve its speed more.. desktop speed score can go up to 70 and mobile speed can go up to 50.. even I think bit more can be achievable. Some points those I noticed.. 1- No big issue for images in desktop but in mobile we need to optimize the image.. which I'll manage myself.. might be we cleaned up bit pages.. for images like .. I saw logo in pages too other than main website logo... don't be think there is need over and over.. 2- Your server is good..and good thing is it is cloudflare which is good but still little bit initial server response time hurting bit. 3- Preload key requests is not assigned which is also suffering.. 4- As you mentioned some plugin being used for speed up.. don't be think there is need for too much plugin.. extra plugins mean we are adding more load on website.. must need to used only require plugins etc. 5- Some other things.. I'll go for this task if you're interested too. I'll charge only 5 hours, even if it take me extra time. but will be done my job within 24 hours.. Thanks waiting for your reply.? Thanks & Regards,

I have read through all your requirements and am ready to start work. I saw you are using cloudflare CDN also. As first i will use some other plguin and see how it works. 2nd step i will reduce js, css load. Means i will keep only those files what is needed for homapge to load.
