Product photos that do not appear on the "abandonned card" email

Hello, We use an "abandonned card" plugin on our wordpress to send an email to customers who have started the checkout without completing the purchase. Since we passed amazon aws, the photos of the product(s) that the customer has put in his basket no longer appear (while the products appear on the purchase confirmation email which has the same format). It's a small operation but we need it to be settled quickly Thanks
