Updates to Wordpress site -- 2

We need to make some updates to our Wordpress site. All updates can be done within Wordpress and do not require custom coding. Updates and requirements are below. Please complete in order as the first items are more important. 1. Add/Edit 18 Products - Attached is a list of products that need to be updated. There is one product that is new and needs to be added, others update the existing one. The data for the products comes from our parent site. Please copy/paste the data from there and move to our site. - Our products have a few different ares that need to be updated, overview of each is below. Some products just need a few updates, not all sections. Please compare and update so both sites match. - This video shows where to paste the data from the parent site so it shows in the correct place on our site: [login to view URL] a. Image - if main image is different download, crop and upload to our site b. Overview tab - can copy/paste from parent site. All styles are on our site so simple copy/paste will keep all formatting. Data needs to be placed in the correct box in our editor. See video for detailed example. c. Specifications - copy/paste, all styles are the same so no need to worry abut formatting d. Downloads: Ignore seminars. If a link is not active on parent site ignore it. Can link directly to the external file instead of downloading and uploading each document. e. Options: most options should already be in the system. If an option does not exist create it under Product Options > Add New. If the option description has changed update it to match under Product Options > All Product Options > [Edit the Option] f. Applications: Same as Downloads section g. Gallery: download images from parent site and upload to our site 2. Create a page where user must fill out a form before downloading a file - We have a document and we want to force users to complete a form before accessing it. - Functionality is similar to this existing page: [login to view URL] - The example above was built using a Gravity Form and the Popup Maker plugin. You should be able to duplicate the functionality by look at that example. - Download this file ( [login to view URL] ) and upload it to our site. Do not link directly to the external file. - Create a new page /shortformcatalog/ - Create a Gravity Form with the fields: name, email, company, location (all fields are required) - The form does not need any notifications (emails) on submit. - On the form settings setup a Zoho Feed connection to pass results to Zoho. The plugin is already installed and connected. Can check settings of other form for an example. - text above form: Please complete this form to download your document - Once the user completes the form the PDF should open in the browser 3. Add Webinar section to page - We need to add a section to this page: [login to view URL] to display webinars - Attached is a mockup of the page, the new section is highlighted - You can use the page builder to add these, they do not need to be a custom post type. - There are two webinars to add, the information is in the attached Word doc. - Create a thumbnail for each, clicking the thumbnail will open the embedded YouTube video in a modal/lightbox 4. Add 4 catalogs to home page - Download the four new Catalogs from this page: [login to view URL] (see screen shot attachment for the ones to download) - On our home page under catalogs and thumbnails and links to download the PDF files. (upload PDFs to our site, not external links)
